Mart Raukas: „Flood“
Mart Raukas, a former university professor of philosophy, public speaker and film maker.
He has produced several documentaries and TV programs. His first documentary movie Parrhesia, won the Cyprus International Film Festival best short documentary award and the movie was widely discussed by the philosophers of Athens University on World Philosophy Day. His Inquisitors" film won the best documentary award at 40th. Asolo Art Film Festival.
